Turn to God whenever you need peace
We turn to you for protection, holy Mother of God. Do not ignore our prayers when we are in need, but deliver us from every danger, glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God’s love entrusts me here, be at my side today and always, to light and guard, to guide and lead me. Amen.
Ask for strength to choose what is good
Father, You know my weakness and the choices before me. Do not let me be overcome by temptation. Give me a clear mind, a steadfast heart, and the courage to turn away from sin. Help me choose what is good, even when it is difficult. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Create a clean heart in me, O God. When my thoughts wander toward what harms my soul, draw me back to Your truth. Teach me to love what is holy and to begin again with humility when I fall. Jesus, I trust in Your mercy. Amen.
Entrust yourself and your loved ones to Christ
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and you, Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, I place myself and my home under Your loving care. Guard my mind from fear, my heart from hatred, and my actions from sin. Keep me safe from every evil and guide me in Your peace. May Your holy angels watch over those I love. I trust in Your victory over sin and death. Amen.

Ask the Lord to free you from sin, fear, and harmful habits
Merciful Father, deliver me from all that separates me from You: from sin, despair, resentment, and every habit that leads me away from love. In the name of Jesus, give me the grace to repent, to seek help when I need it, and to walk in freedom as Your child. Amen.
Jesus, You are my light and my salvation. When I am afraid, remind me that I am not alone. Replace panic with patience and confusion with wisdom. Help me face what is real, seek the support I need, and rest in Your peace. Amen.
Bring your wounds to the mercy of Jesus
Jesus, gentle healer, You know the memories that hurt and the burdens I carry. Meet me with Your mercy. Help me forgive where I can, grieve what I have lost, and receive love without fear. Give me patience in the work of healing and lead me to wise people who can help. Amen.
Soul of Christ, make me holy. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, fill me with Your life. Water from Christ’s side, wash me clean. Passion of Christ, give me strength. Good Jesus, hear me. Keep me close to You and never let me be separated from You. Protect me from evil, and at the hour of my death, call me to You. Amen.
